INeedLeads.ca provides digital marketing services including website development, SEO optimization, content creation, social media management, and related marketing services for service-based businesses in Canada.
Regional Exclusivity
We maintain a policy of one client per business category per geographic region. This ensures our clients receive exclusive representation in their local market area.
Payment Terms
All pricing is quoted in Canadian dollars. Website setup fees are due upon project commencement. Monthly service fees are billed in advance. Payment is required within 30 days of invoice date.
Service Expectations
We commit to professional service delivery and responsive communication. While we work diligently to achieve optimal results, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to the variable nature of digital marketing performance.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their website and custom content. Our proprietary methods, templates, and business processes remain our intellectual property.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from our services.
